Anal Play, for newbies...

Anal play, some of us love it ; ), some are not quite so sure and for some it's just a no.
If you're curious about backdoor business, I've got some great tips and hints for you!

1. Douche. "Yep, It's a thing". There are a few ways to do it, but I recommend getting yourself a simple anal douche, ( there's heaps on the site!) The idea is to flush out the area so it's well prepared, I've used a funnel, a toothbrush and just the shower head before, trust me a douche kit is simpler easier and cleaner. Water is squirted into the anal passage and expelled back out bringing with it anything else. ( this is best done in the shower - It could get messy!)

I've added some quick links here:

2. Lube. If you're not a seasoned pro, you're going to want to lube up whatever toy or body part you are going to insert in there, be sure to include your anal area as well. If you're experimenting with a partner, get them to spread those cheeks for you and drip it in. You could also try a relaxing cream this will help greatly along with your lube. On the Adult Concepts site, you'll find relaxing creams, as well as lubes specifically designed for anal use.

You can check some of them out here:

3. Start small, maybe try a lubed up finger, or a nice little butt plug. You can easily experiment alone. There are so many cute ones available, I'm fond of jeweled ones personally. A training kit will generally come with a small, medium and large butt plug this will help you work up to being able to take a full session of anal fun.
Or kick it up a little with a vibrating plug! My latest obsession. Great for those who enjoy butt stuff and want an extra buzzz while getting intimate.

Kits are readily available:
4. RELAX. I can't stress this enough. Clenching is not going to help.

5. Always keep it consensual, and preferably protected - no babies maybe, but still an infection risk!

6. Toy cleaner it is a must for your plugs, your douche and whatever other goodies you are playing with. I love a spray bottle, easy to use on the go!
Enjoy!
